HON SUGAR COMMISSIONS BOREHOLE, ADDS MORE VALUES TO AJIMOBI

Honourable Doctor Temitope Olatoye Sugar, the incumbent lawmaker representing Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency at the National House of Assembly, Abuja who is also the Chairman committee on Urban And Regional Planning and a leading gubernatorial aspirant in  Ọyọ State under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) commissioned a borehole which he built for the betterment and enjoyment of the good people of Idi-Ose and it's environs to today Thursday 11th January, 2018.

The Honourable who said that the official commissioning was not the first time for doing Senator's projects ever since he was elected as a representative, adding that he  has a project in Ibarapa, Ọyọ and other Local Government Areas of the state that are very close to Ibadan like Ogbomosho etc.

Stressing that but for God to have given him the opportunity of being a representative member at the National Assembly, adding how would he thank God for giving him the opportunity.

The Honourable also said that it is only by action, my actions would speak louder than voice, what are my actions, my actions are my transformational projects, if you go to Sasa, Ojoo, Idi-Ose, Ward 3, Aroro Makinde, Sangobon, Kara Akinyele my projects are there even from the good people at Kara Akinyele they said that since 1999 that Kara market was created they had been suffering for water to drink but nobody has ever been able to give it to them but by the grace, God has helped him to provide them with about 20,500-tank of solar borehole water so they don't know to buy fuel to get water.

Honourable Doctor Temitope Olatoye Sugar who also said that another boreholes are yet to be commissioned which are at Ojoo and after Ojoo Barracks and also at Ward 3 and presently contractor has started drilling another one at Ward 2 and Idi-Omo all in Akinyele Local Government.

In his statements, Honourable Sugar also said that in Lagelu local government he constructed Schools such at Akere; Alape; Arikuyeri and at Monatan. Adding that he constructed borehole at Lalupon and Akinsawe while saying that the people of Akinsawe came to him in hundreds that they had been suffering for water for long years saying that the village has about 16 boreholes but none of them is functioning while praising God for giving him the opportunity to drill borehole and it is now working perfectly.

The Honourable also said that he sent one of his entourage to the Sasa market that he wanted to construct a borehole for them but they said it's a bus they need at the area adding that if anybody or community is in need of something they should consult any APC party chairman in their constituencies, wards or local government areas, promising that as usual he will do whatever they ask for, such as grading of roads, drilling of boreholes, construction of schools etc will be done in three months or less.

He also said that something is upcoming on February 14th where he will be launching something that has never happened in the history of Ọyọ State, where three graders will be distributed to all the three senatorial districts of the state of which no Honourable either the Councillors, State Honourables, Federal Representatives or Senators have done it ever since Ọyọ State has been created, planning that at least 30 roads will be graded in each local government in the state monthly.

He said, he wants to do it because everyone's life cannot be touched but how everyone can benefit the dividends of democracy is by doing what everybody can use and feel by road constructions, borehole water, building of schools etc., stressing it's in his blood to keep people happy so that is the reason why he launched free buses for the good people of Ọyọ State taking them to their destinations without payment of fare nothing but to add more value to what Governor Abiola Ajimobi is doing in the state, adding that the governor is really performing well even beyond our expectations but he can't do it alone because Ọyọ State is very big  adding that if other people in power support the governor everything will be better so that is the main reason why he supports him in making the good people of Ọyọ State feel the dividends of democracy while he also appreciated the good people of Ọyọ State for solid support for the Ajimobi APC-led administration and promising that APC is always working towards the betterment and well-being of the good people of Ọyọ State.

The event which happened at the house of Alhaji Asiwaju was attended by so many prominent people such as, former Lawmaker, Royal Fathers, APC Chieftains, APC Chairmen, religious fathers and mothers etc.

OLUBADAN CHIEFTAINCY: I AM DISAPPOINTED AT JUDGMENT, SAYS OBA LEKAN BALOGUN

The Otun Olubadan of Ibadan land, High Chief Lekan Balogun , has described the invalidation of 21 Ibadan kings ’ installations as disappointing, stressing that there is nothing to contest in the 1957 Olubadan Chieftaincy Declaration review because nothing has changed . In a verdict delivered by Justice Olajumoke Aiki of an Ibadan High Court on Friday, the court ruled that Governor Abiola Ajimobi, who ordered the review and installation of the 21 kings on August 27 , 2017 , acted beyond his constitutional powers . The lingering crisis rocking the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State on Tuesday took another dimension as a faction within the party, APC Unity Forum, announced its decision to leave the party for another one where its interest would be protected. The popular Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, also known as Kwam 1, has confirmed the death of one of his daughters, Wasilat. Wasilat died in Canada after a brief illness. The deceased, said to be 34 years old, reportedly died in the early hours of Tuesday from complications arising from diabetes. On Thursday, Kwam 1 extolled the virtues of his late daughter while saying he accepts her death as the will of Allah. POPULAR JOURNALIST, ORIYOMI HAMZAT, FREED FROM SSS COUSTODY

 A popular Ibadan-based broadcaster, Oriyomi Hamzat, has been released from the custody of the State Security Service (SSS), where he was detained for weeks. Mr Hamzat, who owns Agidigbo radio station in Ibadan, was detained at the SSS office in Ibadan on August 1. He was later transferred to the Abuja office of the agency. Individuals and groups, like the Association of Nigerian Comrades (ANC), have clamoured for the release of the broadcaster whose arrest was seen as unlawful and an infringement on press freedom. Narrating how he was arrested, the general manager of Agidigbo radio station, Ismail Idowu, said the SSS officers visited the radio station on July 31, demanding to see Mr Hamzat. OLUBADAN: MOGAJIS ISSUE SEVEN-DAY ULTIMATUM TO 21 IBADAN KINGS

The Ibadan M ogajis (family heads) , under the aegis of Council of Authentic Ibadan Mogajis, have issued a seven -day ultimatum to the 21 kings installed by the Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi, to withdraw their threat to recommend Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Saliu Adetunji , for removal or face the wrath of Ibadan people .
