ANOTHER ACTOR IN COMA AS FADEYI OLORO IS CRITICALLY ILL

As Nigerians have risen to the cry of comedian Babatunde Omidina, aka Baba Suwe, who appears set for medical treatment abroad, fans of another veteran Yoruba actor, Ojo Arowosafe, aka Fadeyi Oloro can’t wait for the same gesture, as the latter lies critically ill in a Lagos hospital. The actor who has been off the screen for a while is well-known for his brilliant portrayal of a dreaded movie character in the 80s and early 90s. The governorship candidate of the Action Democratic Party in Oyo State and former Governor of the state, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala, on Friday gave details of how alliance talks between his party and other opposition parties in the state broke down. Alao-Akala also revealed that he has decided to work with the All Progressive Congress candidate in the state, Adebayo Adelabu, to ensure his success in the March 9 governorship election, but still remains a member of the ADP. Alao-Akala made the revelation on Friday at his Bodija, Ibadan residence. ALL things being equal, the coalition of opposition parties in Oyo state is set to form a government of unity for the next dispensation in Oyo state to dislodge the ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of Saturday, March 9 poll in the state. This was disclosed by the gubernatorial candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP), Chief Bolaji Ayorinde in an interview with journalists at Ondo street house of the former governor of the state, Senator Rashidi Ladoja, on Friday. In attendance at the meeting are the gubernatorial candidate of PDP, Engineer Seyi Makinde, ADC candidate, Chief Femi Lanlehin, Barrister Sharafadeen Alli of Zenith Labour Party (ZLP), Chief Ayorinde and High Chief Rashidi Ladoja, some political leaders across the parties among others.
